Return Policy for www.spabodega.com

At Spa Bodega, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be right for you, and we've crafted our return policy with that understanding. Here are the details:

1. Return Duration: 

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unopened, and in the same packaging in which they were received.
  • If a product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

3. Exclusions:

  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, especially if the seal is broken.
  • Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are non-returnable and non- refundable.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@spabodega.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • After your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on where and how to return your items.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service team at support@spabodega.com

7. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product received is defective or damaged, in which case Spa Bodega will cover the return shipping costs.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
