To shop at Spa Bodega, just identify the product you would like to buy and select the "Add to Cart'' option. This option is usually found alongside the item. Simply click the option and let the item rest in the Cart. Every time you select "Add - to - Cart," the product will be automatically saved in your Cart, simply proceed with purchase from the cart. 

In order to proceed with the "Checkout" process, you will be directed towards the Login / Register page. Whenever you wish to access the site, simply log - in to your account using your unique identity name and password. New users can generate your Log - in using the "Register me" option to sum up the orders.

If you are a 'New' user, all you have to do is click www.spabodega.com and click the "Login/Register" option. A new window will prompt you to fill in your details. You will be prompted to feed in your desired password and re-enter the password. D0 read the terms of Use / terms & condition of the website. If you are satisfied, click ok and your account will be created. You can access your account at your convenience for shopping instantly or even creating your wish list and placing an order and buying it at your convenience.

Not essentially. We ship and obtain a huge volume of equipment on a daily basis and hence our inventory always keeps on changing. In order to know our exact stock, kindly drop us an email at info@spabodega.com.

It normally takes up to 48 hours to process an order, but if it takes more than that, please feel free to contact us at info@spabodega.com 

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status any time by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the site. You will also receive an order confirmation email within minutes of submitting an order and a ship confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is processed and shipped.

You can always cancel and re order, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 working days. Or you can send us an email at info@spabodega.com with details on the products you want to add to the order and pay the remaining amount through PayPal.

No, at the time we do not offer Gift Packaging.

At the Information page, fill in the space for “Discount code” with the Promotional code you want to use and we will automatically lay the discount in your billing.

If you are not satisfied with your portable table, chair, or accessory, you can return it within 30 days after the original ship date for a full refund (excluding shipping charges on the original order, a total 20% of the purchase price will be applied for free shipping purchasing return). Standard stationary and electric tables, may be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund on the subtotal (excluding shipping and handling charges on the original order) less a 20% restocking fee. Refurbished or used products are not refundable.

Customers will be responsible for all returning shipping charges.

All returns must provide proof of original purchase to obtain a RA-number (Return Authorization).  RA-number must be referenced on the shipping label when returning.

Products must be returned in original packaging, in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for the correct re-packing of products when returned to ensure damage does not occur during shipment.

For returns, international customers are responsible for all shipping charges as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

You may change or cancel your order at any time before the order ships out; however, doing so will incur a change/cancellation fee of 20% on the subtotal of the original order. Spa Bodega will only issue a Check for canceled orders. We do not accept any changes or cancellations on custom orders. For urgent orders, we can “rush” and reduce the production lead time in half for a fee of $45 per portable, $85 per production portable or stationary / lift, and $15 for accessories. 

We're processing returns within 30 business days once your return reaches our warehouse.

As we are trying to keep our people and community safe by taking extra measures at our warehouse such as limiting the number of people working at any given time, there might be delays to process refunds. If you haven't heard back from us about your refund within 30 business days from the time your package reaches our warehouse, contact us at info@spabodega.com.
